Busy CBD Studio with a strong pipeline of workIndustrial, Warehousing and/or Hi-Tech project knowledgeAll-Round Architect with strong technical and hands on Revit skills

This role offers autonomy, responsibility and the chance to work on a diverse range of projects, from large-scale distribution centres, to manufacturing facilities and complex commercial developments.
  
Working closely with a team on a national basis, this role will see you involved across a range of warehousing and distribution projects. It requires a registered Architect or Architectural Technician with strong technical prowess and the ability to liaise and coordinate across a variety of clients, consultants, builders and internal teams.
  
You’ll be driving the delivery stages of long-term projects through design development and documentation. It will ideally suit a professional with previous experience across highly technical projects, and it will draw on your ability to communicate and coordinate.

Responsibilities will include refining project details, checking shop drawings and pulling a project together with the support of a highly experienced team.
  
Backed by a multi-state studio with a national client base and a great reputation in this niche sector, you’ll join a friendly, supportive environment and be given the chance to forge your own path as the team continues to expand over time.
  
Must have strong intermediate level experience in the range of 6-8 year’s local experience, with broad project delivery skills and strong hands-on Revit documentation capabilities.
  
Salary in the range of $80,000 to $95,000 per annum plus Superannuation, commensurate with your skills and experience.
