For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $66,000 - $99,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

This role will provide you with exposure to various Schneider Electric Industrial Automation businesses and product offerings. In this role, you will develop sound business acumen through both verbal and written communication, ensuring professionalism in all interactions. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with team members, actively listening to their ideas, sharing information, and contributing to a collaborative work environment. Teamwork is vital; you will collaborate to accomplish shared objectives and meet common goals. Effective time management will be crucial to completing tasks on schedule and meeting established objectives.
To excel, it is essential to exhibit strong goal attainment behavior, going above and beyond to achieve objectives and complete assignments. Your engagement will be crucial as you participate in team meetings, discussions, and activities. As a self-starter, you will proactively seek solutions to challenges. Leadership opportunities will arise, and you should be ready to guide and inspire your team members to achieve shared goals.
Active listening skills are essential to learn from others and understand diverse perspectives. Regularly engaging with colleagues across the Industrial Automation and Process Automation businesses will help you build professional relationships and expand your network.
A positive, can-do attitude will set an example for others as you approach assignments. You will prepare and deliver effective presentations that showcase your communication skills while acting as a problem solver, using practical and creative approaches to overcome obstacles.
A technical aptitude is essential, while a basic understanding of electrical and industrial automation concepts is a plus. Your eagerness to learn and contribute will be your greatest asset in this exciting opportunity at Schneider Electric. A demonstrated work ethic, especially in related fields, along with a history of achievement and increasing responsibility in internships, organizations and work history will be highly considered.
To qualify for this program, you will need a 4-year college degree in one of the following fields: Engineering, Computer Engineering, Communications, or Business. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to work well in teams and engage with diverse groups are essential.
Compensation is competitive and includes full Schneider Electric benefits and 401K plan. The position involves travel up to 50% within the US.
Must be a US citizen or hold a valid green card. Must have strong communication skills and speak fluent English. Positions are located in, Raleigh and Houston.
