Industrial Automation Sales Development Program

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $66,000 - $99,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. A demonstrated work ethic, especially in related fields, along with a history of achievement and increasing responsibility in internships, organizations and work history will be highly considered.
To qualify for this program, you will need a 4-year college degree in one of the following fields: Engineering, Computer Engineering, Communications, or Business. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to work well in teams and engage with diverse groups are essential.
Compensation is competitive and includes full Schneider Electric benefits and 401K plan. The position involves travel up to 50% within the US.
Must be a US citizen or hold a valid green card. Must have strong communication skills and speak fluent English. Positions are located in, Raleigh and Houston.
