    Overview: An international manufacturing company is seeking a Plant Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations of one of its production sites. This role is essential for ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost control, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives at the plant level.The position will begin with an onboarding period of 2 to 4 months in the company's Barcelona offices , after which the candidate will relocate to the plant in the Netherlands to continue their responsibilities on-site.Key Responsibilities:
