Job Description

Reflexallen Group, one of the leader in the automotive field is looking for a Industrial Controller at our Headquarters of Guiglia, on the hills of Modena.


You will report directly to our Group CFO.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Collect and report data related to production costs

  • Profitability analysis by customer and by product

  • Reports and analysis of deviations from the price and turnover budget

  • Assist in financial decisions providing analysis on the performance trends

  • Drafting monthly reports and preparing presentations on variances and analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Preparation of monthly forecasts

  • Defining the annual operating budget

  • Knowledge of the development logic of a multi-year Business Plan (Income Statement/Cash Flow)

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Management Engineering

  • Previous experience in industrial controlling role, preferably in structured international companies

  • knowledge of controlling at corporate level

  • Experience on ERP systems

  • Strong interpersonal skills: a dynamic, enthusiastic personality with a proactive approach is appreciated

  • Willingness to travel

  • Fluency in English
