Join Molex as an Industrial Customer Success Representative and play a key role in ensuring smooth order management and exceptional customer experiences. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver reliable solutions and build lasting relationships.

Our Team

As a vital member of our industrial team, you will collaborate closely with key internal Molex departments—including Sales, Product Management, Planning, Quality, Purchasing and Integration Engineering—other partners involved in manufacturing advanced industrial components. These components are continuously evolving to become faster, more compact, intelligent, and complex.

What You Will Do

  • Customer Interaction & Feedback HandlingServe as the primary contact for customer feedback, advisories, and complaints.Follow up to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of issues for both internal and external customers.
  • Collaboration & PlanningCollaborate closely with production, logistics, Planning, Sales 
  • Order Tracking & CommunicationTrack and coordinate order deliveries.Provide regular updates and communicate delivery details clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Logistics & Inventory SupportAssist in logistics coordination, including import and export procedures related to inventory management and deliveries.
  • Additional DutiesPerform other assignments as directed by supervisors to support department goals and operational efficiency.

    • Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Proven experience in customer success or order management in industrial or manufacturing settings.
  • Strong understanding of order processes and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate between customers, sales teams, and production plants.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with logistics, import/export processes, and inventory management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools (Sales Force, SAP, MS Office).
