This role involves working with customers to ensure they have a successful experience with our industrial data management platform.

We are looking for an experienced engineer who can provide technical support, onboarding, and troubleshooting to our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols, including Modbus, OPC UA, OPC DA, DNP3, IEC 104/IEC 102/IEC 61850 DLMS/COSEM.

• Provide technical guidance and support to customers running N3uron in production environments.
