Lead the development of innovative retail fixture concepts, from early ideation to pilot production. This role places strong emphasis on concept generation, design thinking, and creative problem-solving, while working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to bring ideas into reality.

You will own the design concept, translating market and customer insights into compelling solutions and seeing your designs go from concept to fabrication.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead concept ideation, design exploration, and creative development for retail fixture solutions.
• Translate market trends, customer requirements, and brand objectives into functional and visually appealing design concepts.
• Develop sketches, mood boards, concept studies, and presentations to communicate design intent.
