Industrial Disease Claims Handler

£32, – £38,

IPS recruiting for an experienced Claims Handler to join a well-established defendant claims team handling industrial disease matters. This role sits within EL/PL and focuses on disease claims, including asbestos and NIHL, with structured training provided where required.
You’ll manage your own caseload, working proactively to control costs and reduce litigation, with litigated matters passed to panel solicitors. Claimant-side experience will be considered if you have solid disease exposure.

  • Managing a caseload of industrial disease claims

  • Handling defendant EL/PL matters including asbestos and NIHL

  • Policy investigations and recovery opportunities
