As part of Lam's Industrial Engineering group in Tualatin, you'll drive change by empowering your customers to achieve business results through data-based decision making. You will be empowered to ask What if? and then supported while you Run the Experiment.

The Impact You’ll Make

You'll enable local manufacturing teams to interpret labor and cycle time data that forms the foundation of IE reporting. You will enable them to confidently understand their teams' performance. You will deliver to global teams accurate and actionable data that aligns with global reporting standards, some of which you'll design.
