Industrial Engineer

Lead and facilitate continuous improvement (CI) projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Industrial Engineering tools to optimize processes and reduce waste.

Develop and deliver CI training programs, supporting certification processes and competency development.

Analyze workflows and implement best practices for process flow, layout, measurement systems analysis, and design for manufacturability.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex problems and prevent recurrence through structured problem‑solving.

Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings to management and stakeholders.

Stay current with industry trends, regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, FDA), and integrate new practices into operations.

Mentor and guide less experienced team members in CI methodologies and technical problem‑solving.
