Responsibilities

  • Conduct and evaluate process data determinations as part of time studies
  • Optimize production & process efficiency
  • Create and perform line balances
  • Perform manpower calculation
  • Monitor & optimize production process (capacity, staff, equipment, space)
  • Analyze and optimize motion sequences and workflows in the production area
  • Show potentials for improvements and forward to responsible department
  • Create ramp-up curve for production launch
  • Cooperate in problem solving and improvement activities
  • Support updating of FMEA & PLP
  • Support wire robbing activity
  • Create new / optimize process flow & visual aids
  • Communicate with CKD plant, IS CKD team & expert related with IS topic
  • Update & analyze monthly IS KPI
