We are seeking a skilled Application Engineer with experience in pump system analysis, selection, and technical documentation to join our growing team. You will play a key role in identifying pumping system issues, selecting appropriate pump solutions, and supporting both sales and engineering teams. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, technical accuracy, and revenue growth

Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales and engineering teams in Canada and Mexico with technical expertise.
- Visit customer sites to assess current pumping system conditions.
- Identify system problems and assist in pump selection manually and through specialized software.
- Provide timely feedback to sales regarding applications, opportunities, and technical insights.
- Guide Sales Engineers on proper data collection and system diagnostics.
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Create technical drawings, pump curves, and documentation using SolidWorks or similar 3D software.
- Review and validate company technical literature for accuracy.
- Assist with preparing quotes and supporting trade show setup and teardown.
- Support inventory counts and organization as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics standards

Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in application engineering related to pumping systems.
- Strong proficiency with pump selection software, SolidWorks or other CAD tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Copper or Salesforce.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish (moderate to strong English proficiency).
- Professional presentation and public speaking skills in Spanish.
- Ability to read and interpret pump curves, technical data sheets, and system documentation.
- Valid driver's license and passport (or eligibility to obtainone).
- Ability to travel up to 25% per month to customer locations.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with strong organizational habits.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting cross-border sales or engineering
- teams.Prior involvement in trade shows or technical demonstrations.
