**GENERAL DESCRIPTION**:
Engineering position responsible for developing and generating assembly sheets,
maintaining updated plant layouts, and implementing projects that help maximize assembly area resources.
**PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Carry out assembly instructions, including their release.
- Develop the FMEA sequence.
- Design and maintain the plant layout.
- Determine the workforce for the assembly area (Manpower).
- Define the process and routes.
- Release BOMs and 2D drawings.
- Design and customize workstations.
- Carry out actions to prevent and correct safety events.
- Develop continuous improvement exercises to maximize assembly area resources.
- Define process constraints.
- Training and coaching the production team on new processes.
- Execution of the engineering change process (ECN).
- Maintenance and development of the assembly matrix.
- Any other activities assigned by the supervisor.
