Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team to achieve program and organizational goals.
- Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Collaborate closely with Engineering Design, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution.
- Resolve conflicts, align objectives, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and operational risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and implement contingency plans to minimize the impact of potential issues.
Training & Leadership Development:
- Design and deliver training programs aimed at developing leadership capabilities within the team.
- Coach team members on technical, managerial, and decision-making skills.
Effective Communication:
- Clearly communicate program plans, progress updates, and technical information to team members, senior management, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and project documentation as required.
Failure Analysis & Problem-Solving:
- Lead root cause analysis activities for failures or issues, ensuring systematic problem identification.
- Support teams in implementing corrective and preventive actions using structured problem-solving methodologies.
Customer Handling & Logical Thinking:
- Manage customer interactions effectively, ensuring expectations are understood and met.
- Apply logical, data-driven approaches to decision-making and issue resolution.
Process Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Implement industry best practices and support standardization efforts.
