Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage asset records, including proper classification and documentation.
- Design, monitor, and maintain tool data, including skew wedges and winding former designs for LVM applications.
- Possess working knowledge of the rotor die-casting process, including destructive testing and preparation of test reports.
- Prepare, update, and maintain work instructions and Process FMEAs.
- Plan tooling, patterns, and equipment requirements in coordination with SPR, aligned with planned and forecasted volumes from BD.
- Monitor tool, pattern, and equipment lifecycle, including end-of-life status, and coordinate timely repairs or replacements with SPR.
- Provide technical support to SPR in the selection of appropriate tools, patterns, and equipment to meet production specifications.
