Responsibilities
Apply Lean Manufacturing methodologies to identify and eliminate waste in production processes. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient operations. Develop and implement work instructions (WIs) to ensure consistent and efficient training programs are developed for new employees and current employees looking to expand their knowledge and responsibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive safety and continuous improvement initiatives. Design and optimize production layouts to maximize efficiency and minimize material handling. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
