Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Industrial Engineer to join the Lighting Sector Team in Kenosha, WI. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and leading continuous improvement efforts within Operations and will plan and execute operational launch-related activities required for successful product releases and engineering change implementations. This role requires close collaboration across engineering and operations to ensure alignment and buy-in on key initiatives and process changes.

What Will You Do?

  • Proactively identify and address areas of opportunity and collaborate across the organization using lean techniques to improve safety and ergonomics, eliminate bottlenecks, increase quality, and reduce cost across the Operations department.
