- Carry out assignments related to efficiency improvement. - Detect opportunity areas thru Gemba in in shop floor/manufacturing lines to increase efficiency, workflow improvements and cost reduction. - Identify the standardization of new ideas in processes where possible and identify benefits. - P.O. generations and follow up with supplier. - Organize improvement efficiency audits and planning meetings, coaching personal on the development and implementation Idea, cost analysis and idea presentation. - Create and maintain documentation regarding manufacturing process and forms.
Experiência y requisitos
- B.S. in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering -English 60% -Experience in professional practices in engineering processes in the industrial sector. -Excellent computer skills - CAD, word processing, and spreadsheets. -Excellent conceptual, analytical.
