Section I: General Description
The Industrial Engineer is responsible for the creation, definition, planning, execution, and improvement of Industrial Engineering Processes, always focused on the Safety, Quality, and Productivity of BRP.
Section II: Experience and Education
Professional degree in Industrial Engineering or similar (Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, etc.)
2 to 4 years or more of experience in a related position.
Section III: Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications
English: (Advanced)
Computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Catia, Adobe).
Experience in reading blueprints.
Ability to participate in cross-functional teams.
Excellent knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Model Mix, One Piece Flow.
SAP
AutoCAD (Catia Plus)
AVIX
Enablon
PMO (Project Management) Tools
Problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with the use of continuous improvement tools (e.g., PDCA/DMAIC).

Section IV: Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Create a clean and well-organized work environment that prevents accidents and reduces safety risks for our team.
Create and ensure that our processes are robust enough to allow our staff to produce high-quality vehicles that meet company standards.
Review and analyze 2D and 3D drawings.
Analyze capacity and speed changes on the production line.
Define process sequences for all products.
Create balancing in SAP and master data.
Analyze and improve processes. Analyze and review Kanban activities.
Analyze the impact of ECNs.
Problem analysis and resolution.
Risk assessment. VA/NVA analysis in AVIX.
Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
Risk identification and analysis
Creation of visual aids and work instructions
Review of Bill of Materials (BOM) vs. 3D rendering
Review of system bubbles vs. balancing
Support for pilot runs
Interdepartmental communication
Assignment of components to balancing
Time studies and AVIX analysis
Support in production activities
Participation in New Product Development (NPD) events
Process release
Layout design and implementation
HVPT & LVTP analysis according to volumes
Creation of IDs for implementations
Implementation of Kaizen initiatives
Planning and execution of efficiency and improvement projects
Ensuring that line balancing and processes maximize the Value Added/New Value Added (VA/NVA) ratio, considering the realities of our workforce, using lean manufacturing tools.
Follow up on daily reports (Change, ZPCP, ECNs)
Complete all planned Quality and Training sessions on time.
Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
Help create a culture of continuous improvement by using lean manufacturing principles and our BRPMS tools. Ensure collaboration between departments by leading, developing, and training colleagues to optimize safety, quality, productivity, and costs in a dynamic environment.
Comply with the safety rules established for your role.
Participate in the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) established for your role in relation to ISO 9001:2015.
Adhere to BRP's values and behaviors.
