  • Analyze materials usage, scrap rates, and downtime data to propose cost-saving initiatives.
  • Calculate standard and actual costs for products; maintain cost models for raw materials, labor, and overhead.
  • Optimize processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  • Use Excel, ERP systems, and AutoCAD for data analysis, reporting, and layout design.
  • Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and technology upgrades.
