Job Description

Goal

Identify, analyze, and implement improvement initiatives that optimize our processes and increase operational efficiency, using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Play a key role in promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Principal Activities

  • Evaluate and analyze existing processes within the organization to identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and increase production capacity by applying methodologies such as lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
  • Work continuously with other departments to ensure that improvements are sustainable and aligned with business unit objectives.
  • Provide training and coaching to staff on continuous improvement tools and techniques.
  • Develop and update documentation of processes, procedures, and operating standards.
