**Description:**
You will be the Industrial Engineer for the Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) team. Our team is responsible for advancing manufacturing excellence across the Missiles and Fire Control portfolio.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Industrial Engineer you will be responsible for analyzing and improving production processes, applying lean principles, and driving measurable productivity and quality gains.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Support process‑improvement projects across the manufacturing footprint.
+ Collect and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and waste.
+ Develop and update work‑cell layouts and material‑handling flows for improved ergonomics and throughput.
+ Implement lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen events, value‑stream mapping, and poka‑yoke, tracking performance metrics.
