Job Description
Partners with shop floor and production teams to train, troubleshoot, and gather feedback for ongoing process improvement.
Leads or supports Lean/continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency, quality, and cost savings.
Works on process improvement projects as assigned by manager. Projects will be prioritized based on benefits derived from implementation.
Reports on the status of assigned projects, in both meeting and written form, as required by supervisor.
Attends classes, seminars, trade shows pertaining to the job as designated by the Facilities Maintenance Manager or by upper management.
Communicates and consults with engineering, technical and manufacturing personnel.
Confers with engineering, technical or manufacturing personnel internally as well as outside of the company.
Provides assistance as necessary to Maintenance personnel involved in maintaining production/facility equipment...
