Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform time studies to demonstrate expected output for operations, facilitate cost recovery systems, and optimize factory layouts.
  • Support drafting needs for engineering projects, including Assembly Build Instructions, Specific Function Training, and Equipment Operating Instructions.
  • Create and update CAD layouts for facilities and manufacturing processes.
  • Assist with projects and core functions related to line layouts, capacity models, and ergonomics within the focus factory.
  • Collaborate with the Industrial Engineer team to support Lean projects and plant layouts.

    • Essential Skills

  • Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts and theory.
  • Proficiency in Industrial Engineering and Continuous Improvement processes.
  • Experience in Time Studies and Capacity Planning.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing methodologies, including Six Sigma and Kaizen.
