Industrial Engineer

Our client is a UK-based MNC Company Leader in sieving & filtration equipment manufacturing company located in Waghodia, Vadodara.

Position: Industrial Engineer

Experience:  2 - 4 Years in Capital Equipment Industry / Candidates working as Process Engineers may also apply)

Work timings: 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM (2nd & 3rd Sat off)

Qualification: B.tech  in Mechanical /Automobile

CTC: 4-5 LPA

Location: Vadodara (Has to work inhouse in the factory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed method studies and motion studies to improve productivity, efficiency, and process flow.
• Implement and promote Lean Manufacturing principles, Kaizen activities, and continuous improvement projects to minimize waste and optimize operations.
• Design and improve plant layouts, ensuring efficient material flow and ergonomics in production areas.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization; work with technical teams to implement cost-effective automation solutions.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to time studies, process sheets, SOPs, and standard work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as production, maintenance, and quality to ensure smooth execution of engineering improvements.
• Analyze process data to drive improvement in productivity, cycle time, and equipment utilization.
• Support new product development (NPD) and process feasibility studies for new projects.
• Provide basic programming inputs and coordinate with automation engineers or vendors for integration of automation systems.
• Lead and supervise a team of 8-10 workers, ensuring proper allocation of tasks, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards within the plant.
