• Responsible for analyzing and improving production processes to enhance operational efficiency at minimal cost.
• Analyze and review data to generate manufacturing standards.
• Document and evaluate all results and data related to implemented projects and processes.
• Develop and achieve departmental and company goals, and make suggestions for improvement in cost reduction, processes, quality, and productivity.
• Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines.
• Plan, manage, and monitor production schedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery of customer orders.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of Industrial Engineering.
