- Responsible for leading all facets of deploying SPS/Lean principles across all operations at the site level, including but not limited to: - Be a change agent for site to implement Maxeon Production System. - Develops competent FE leaders within the site by conducting training sessions on SPS/Lean Manufacturing concepts. - Be essential part of the company-wide Kaizen Promotion Office (KPO) - systematically learning, building, documenting and promoting Best Practice Sharing across the company. - Establish, lead and conduct Kaizen events combined with the Shingijutsu Group of Sensei’s. - Be an internal sensei to co-ordinate & conduct Kaizen workshops. - Work with Global FE team and external “sensei’s” to lead improvement events both large and small (kaikaku and kaizen) - Develop, improve and sustain productivity improvements using Lean manufacturing disciplines such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, Single Piece Flow, Pull Productio...
