Are you a skilled maintenance technician looking for a dynamic role with a great team and consistent schedule?

We’re searching for a dedicated Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technicians to join our growing operations! 
Hobby Lobby Distribution is responsible for receiving, storing and shipping merchandise to all of Hobby Lobby’s 1050+ retail stores around the country. Hobby Lobby Distribution has one central Distribution Center, with 12 buildings comprising over 12 million square feet, featuring:

  • 44+ miles of conveyor systems
  • Automated picking and retrieval systems
  • 1,100+ pieces of transport equipment
  • Cutting-edge industrial machinery
    • Shift Options & Pay:
  • $ Hr. / Monday – Friday 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM with occasional Saturdays
  • Opportunity to earn a higher rate after just 90 days!
    • What You’ll Do:
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on industrial equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Execute repairs on cardboard balers, trash compactors, and fabric rolling machines.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

  • Proven experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with cardboard balers, trash compactors, and fabric rolling machines is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to safety and a team-oriented attitude.
  • A strong work ethic and a desire to keep learning
