Maintenance Technician
Location: South Charlotte, NC
Schedule: 1st Shift – Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Pay: $25–$27 per hourJob Summary
We’re hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to help keep our facility and production equipment running at peak performance. This role involves hands-on work maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery, mechanical systems, and facility infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance such as replacing filters, belts, and lubricating moving parts on fans, pumps, and motors. Diagnose and repair issues with mechanical equipment to minimize downtime. Install and maintain copper, steel, and PVC piping systems throughout the facility. Partner with fellow technicians to identify root causes of equipment problems and suggest improvements. Assist engineers with new machinery installations and equipment upgrades.
