**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all production equipment within our food and beverage manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high production standards and regulatory compliance.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production machinery, packaging equipment, conveyors, mixers, pumps, and other plant systems.
+ Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
+ Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.
+ Maintain and repair facility systems including HVAC, boilers, refrigeration, and utilities as needed.
