Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: Rochester, NY
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Pay Rate:

  • $22.00 – $30.00/hour, based on experience

    • Shift:

  • Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Overtime available as needed

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair a wide range of equipment, machinery, and systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot production machine issues
  • Use schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeter)
  • Perform preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems
  • Collaborate on facility improvement projects
  • Operate mobile equipment safely (e.g., forklifts, cranes)
  • Implement creative temporary solutions when OEM parts are delayed
