Career Opportunity:
The Smurfit Westrock Guelph facility is looking for a Licensed Industrial Maintenance Millwright 433A to work as part of the maintenance team. To be considered for this position, you must be able to work a steady afternoon shift - Monday to Friday (shifts are subject to change as business needs require).
All successful applicants must be able to provide a satisfactory criminal background check and pre-employment medical.
Job Duties:
* Troubleshoot problems on plant equipment and facilitate and determine maintenance requirements. Ability to go to root cause of problems. Perform proper follow up on repairs to implement long term solutions.
* Respond to breakdowns on plant equipment, facility, and building. Ability to determine the need for temporary solutions or permanent solutions based on time constraints given by production.
