Industrial Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all plant activities.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing the site's strategic plan in alignment with group objectives. This includes driving productivity improvements, waste reduction initiatives, and cost competitiveness enhancements through Lean/TPM methodologies and performance indicators such as OEE, scrap rate, delivery performance, quality metrics.

• The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills combined with excellent leadership abilities to motivate teams towards achieving desired results.
