Industrial Project Leader

What will you do? Lead cross-functional project teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals of project deliverable. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, proactively managing resources following stage gate of project (open, select, do , implement, produce, sell and close) and timelines to mitigate risks and ensure successful project outcomes. Coordinate with all the stackholder (delivery and receiving plant, LOB and global deployment) to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring clarity and accountability among all stakeholders. Implement and monitor project performance metrics, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement and optimize project efficiency.
