Industrial Projects Engineer Leader

**GENERAL SUMMARY**:
Responsible to lead the Engineering support to Project development
strategies.
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- The activities of the Industrial Engineer for operations and Projects
**development, such of**: Assembly process design; Workstations and Ergonomics design.
- Work with multidisciplinary team to help on the
**development, such of**: New Equipment / Tooling introduction, Poka Yoke and Testing
devices
- Resolve quality issues with problems solving strategy (PSP, DMAIC, Workshop)
- Lead the activities of the Engineering department in terms of: Health and Safety
initiatives, ISO 9000, PFMEA, BSC objectives
- Coordinate and Develop the Engineering team performance as per the Success Factors
