Job Responsibilities

As an Industrial Relations Manager, you will manage complex people‑related matters and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment and industrial relations law. Key responsibilities include:

  • Industrial Relations (IR)
    • Managing and advising on misconduct, domestic inquiries, suspensions, terminations, retrenchments, redundancies, and reorganisations.
    • Preparing and reviewing documentation such as show‑cause letters, suspension letters, charge sheets, and dismissal letters.
