About the Client:

A large, complex organisation is seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Manager to provide senior-level IR leadership and expertise across the business. This role is critical in ensuring compliant, practical and commercially sound workplace practices, while partnering closely with leaders, employees and unions to manage risk, resolve disputes and strengthen organisational IR capability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead high-volume enterprise bargaining activities, including strategy, tactical planning, negotiations, disputes, applications and related processes
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with employee groups, union representatives, government bodies and key stakeholders
  • Manage complex industrial relations disputes, including matters before the Fair Work Commission
