Summary

We are seeking a chemical process engineer/production supervisor/leader to oversee the compounding and batch processing department at our manufacturing facility in Vonore, TN. This full-time, on-site position combines engineering problem-solving with production leadership.

You will work closely with the current department head to assume a pivotal role in maintaining product quality, managing technical processes, and enhancing performance in a 24/5 operation. Ideal candidates will have a background in chemical engineering and experience in chemical processing, batch manufacturing, or powder/blend systems.
