Industrial trainee

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the month-end closing process and support flash reporting.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Drive inventory management and working capital processes.
- Manage statutory, internal, and process audits.
- Ensure GL hygiene and perform budget vs. actual analysis.
- Coordinate with Group Office on consolidation and audit activities.
- Handle complex ad-hoc requests by providing analytical support for decision-making.
- Proactively review financials, identify inconsistencies, and drive resolution.
Job Requirements:
- CA Industrial Trainee with knowledge of financial reporting and audit management.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Advanced Excel, along with working knowledge of SAP, are required.
