Overview

At Itera Mobility Engineering, we are looking for an Industrialization Engineer to join our engineering team and support an important client located in Valencia, Spain.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain documentation for process instructions, packaging instructions, customer plant acceptance instructions, process flow diagrams, process FMEAs, etc.
• Ensure compliance with the above-mentioned instructions and the integrity of the data reflected in them.
• Establish machine and process cycles using methods and time‑study techniques, and monitor their compliance by reporting any deviations.
• Identify potential process improvements and ensure continuous improvement.
• Manage requests for quotations, purchases, and deadlines for various production auxiliary tools.
• Validate production auxiliary tools.
• Detect and control breakdowns in machines, molds, and production auxiliary tools.
