**Your role and responsibilities**

As an Industry Consultant for the Communications Sector, you will empower communications service providers to lead in a hyper-connected world by advising on digital transformation, customer experience innovation, and network modernization. You will leverage deep sector knowledge to help clients monetize 5G, streamline operations, and adopt AI-driven platforms that enhance agility, reduce churn, and unlock new business models. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Deliver Digital Transformation Advice: Provide guidance on digital transformation strategies to help communications service providers stay competitive in a rapidly changing market. This includes analyzing current business models, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending innovative solutions. • Implement Customer Experience Innovation: Collaborate with clients to design and implement customer experience innovations that drive loyalty and revenue growth. This involves applying sector knowledge to develop tailored solutions that meet each client's unique needs. • Support Network Modernization: Apply expertise in network modernization to help clients upgrade their infrastructure and improve operational efficiency. This includes advising on the adoption of AI-driven platforms and other emerging technologies. • Monetize 5G Opportunities: Help clients develop strategies to monetize 5G technology, including identifying new business models and revenue streams. This involves analyzing market trends and providing actionable recommendations. • Streamline Operations: Work with clients to streamline their operations and reduce costs. This includes identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices from the communications sector.

**Required technical and professional expertise**

• Exposure to Digital Transformation: Experience with analyzing business models, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending innovative solutions to drive competitiveness in the communications sector. • Experience with Customer Experience Innovation: Familiarity with designing and implementing customer experience innovations that drive loyalty and revenue growth, including applying sector knowledge to develop tailored solutions. • Knowledge of Network Modernization: Understanding of network modernization principles, including the adoption of AI-driven platforms and other emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency. • Familiarity with 5G Technology: Exposure to 5G technology and its applications, including identifying new business models and revenue streams. • Experience with Operational Efficiency: Experience working with process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs in the communications sector.

**Preferred technical and professional experience**

• Deep Sector Knowledge: Experience working with communications service providers, understanding their business models, and identifying areas for improvement. Familiarity with sector-specific challenges and opportunities. • AI-Driven Platforms: Exposure to AI-driven platforms and other emerging technologies that enhance agility, reduce churn, and unlock new business models in the communications sector. • 5G Monetization Strategies: Experience with analyzing market trends and developing strategies to monetize 5G technology, including identifying new business models and revenue streams.
