Job Description
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, complaints, comments and reports from users or clients. They will engage with customers through various marketing-managed interfaces to ensure service quality.
Responsibilities
- Capture customer purchase orders within 48 hours and ensure timely shipping commitments.
- Follow up on shipments and communicate required information (tracking numbers, quantities sent) to clients.
- Coordinate internal processes to ensure material shipment from the plant and provide clients with updates.
- Update and reschedule delivery dates in the ERP system based on order tracking.
- Analyze forecasts for account managers by gathering data, analyzing trends, identifying opportunities for improvement.
