Job Description

**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years working experience in management, consulting or sales.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience working with major brands and growing such brands internationally.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally.
- Ability to develop and grow executive-level relationships with advertisers and agencies.
- Understanding of the Advertising industry.
- Ability to speak and write in English and a Nordic language fluently in order to work with local clients from Scandinavian countries.
- Excellent presentation and presence skills.
