We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly detailed Administrator for our key role of Inflight Planning & Records Coordinator , based at our Sydney Airport office on a full-time Fixed Term contract basis (12 - 24 months).

Responsibilities

• Developing, controlling and maintaining check sheets for kitchen and operational use
• Ensuring all inflight planning documents are in accordance with internal menu specifications and Airline Galley Loading Plans/diagrams (GLP)
