We are looking for a proactive Influencer Marketing Coordinator to identify, manage, and execute influencer collaborations that drive brand awareness, engagement, and campaign performance. Key Responsibilities: Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across social media platforms Coordinate influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts, and timelines Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end Track influencer deliverables and ensure brand guideline compliance Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, and ROI Build long-term relationships with influencers and agencies Stay updated with influencer trends and platform best practices Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 14 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing roles Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills Experience working with influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and analytics Strong organizational and reporting skills Benefits Competitive salary package Performance-based incentives Learning and professional development opportunities Career growth and advancement
