Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Influencer Marketing Coordinator to identify, manage, and execute influencer collaborations that drive brand awareness, engagement, and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across social media platforms
  • Coordinate influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts, and timelines
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Track influencer deliverables and ensure brand guideline compliance
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, and ROI
  • Build long-term relationships with influencers and agencies
  • Stay updated with influencer trends and platform best practices


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing roles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
  • Experience working with influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and analytics
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills
