Job Description

We are looking for a performance-driven  SEM Executive   to plan, execute, and optimize paid search and paid media campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage SEM and PPC campaigns on Google Ads and other paid platforms
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and ROI
  • Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and keywords
  • Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports
  • Coordinate with content and design teams for ad creatives and landing pages
  • Stay updated with SEM trends, platform changes, and best practices



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in SEM, PPC, or performance marketing roles
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Search Ads, and paid campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of KPIs like CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS
  • Experience with Google Analytics and tracking tools
  • Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns for performance
