Job Description
We are looking for a performance-driven SEM Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid search and paid media campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage SEM and PPC campaigns on Google Ads and other paid platforms
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid optimization
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and ROI
- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and keywords
- Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports
- Coordinate with content and design teams for ad creatives and landing pages
- Stay updated with SEM trends, platform changes, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in SEM, PPC, or performance marketing roles
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Search Ads, and paid campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of KPIs like CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS
- Experience with Google Analytics and tracking tools
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns for performance
