Job description: Influencer Marketing Intern/Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Research & Identification:

  • Assist in identifying potential influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) that align with our brand and target audience.
  • Conduct research on influencer demographics, engagement rates, and past collaborations.

Campaign Support:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with influencers for content creation, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Track and compile content from influencers for approval and posting.

Relationship Building:

  • Help in maintaining and building relationships with influencers and content creators.
  • Assist in outreach and communication with influencers regarding collaborations, deadlines, and deliverables.

Content Review & Analysis:

  • Review and provide feedback on influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement rates, reach, and ROI.
  • Prepare reports on campaign success and provide insights for future campaigns.

Trend Monitoring:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media, and digital marketing.
  • Provide regular updates to the team on emerging platforms, trends, and influencer opportunities.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining influencer databases, organizing files, and processing payments.
  • Support the marketing team with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong interest in influencer marketing and social media.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead of social media trends
