Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms aligned with brand aesthetics.
  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns for launches, collections, and ongoing brand storytelling.
  • Handle end-to-end influencer coordination including outreach, negotiation, briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage product seeding, gifting, and PR outreach to creators.
  • Track influencer performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and share campaign reports.
  • Ensure all influencer content aligns with Fraganote’s luxury brand tone and visual guidelines.
  • Stay updated on influencer trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
  • Maintain strong long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and managers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (brand, content, performance marketing, design) for seamless execution.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within D2C, beauty, fragrance, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Experience with both barter and paid influencer collaborations.
  • Data-driven mindset with basic knowledge of influencer analytics and ROI.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
