Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across Instagram, You Tube and emerging platforms aligned with brand aesthetics.
Plan and execute influencer campaigns for launches, collections, and ongoing brand storytelling.
Handle end-to-end influencer coordination including outreach, negotiation, briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
Manage product seeding, gifting, and PR outreach to creators.
Track influencer performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and share campaign reports.
Ensure all influencer content aligns with Fraganote’s luxury brand tone and visual guidelines.
Stay updated on influencer trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
Maintain strong long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and managers.
Coordinate with internal teams (brand, content, performance marketing, design) for seamless execution.
Requirements & Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within D2 C, beauty, fragrance, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator ecosystems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Experience with both barter and paid influencer collaborations.
Data-driven mindset with basic knowledge of influencer analytics and ROI.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
